We are women who have been impacted by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It not only saves us, but the Gospel defines and sustains us. As Christians, the power of the gospel impacts every area of our lives. WITHIN seeks to edify His daughter in how we are empowered by the Good news-the Gospel in cultivating our Intimacy with the Lord, Identity in the Lord and Impact for the Lord.

God created us for His glory. He created us to know true fellowship with Him. However, in God's Word we see in Genesis (3) where sin broke that fellowship. It created a chasm between the Holy and Righteous God and His creation causing us to run, hide and cover. Shame and pride distanced us.
In God's great love (Romans 5:8), we know that He sought to reconcile and restore us to the authentic intimacy we were created to have in Him and with Him.
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is that bridge to intimacy with Him. In Christ, He opens the door for us to enter God's presence (Hebrews 4:16) not based on our righteousness but His. And not only can we approach Him but we can have the right relationship with Him. This intimacy with God must be cultivated. And He is kind to give us the ways through His Word.

Sin not only breaks our intimacy with the Lord, but it breaks knowing our true identity IN the Lord.
The Gospel restores our identity. It dismantles the world's wisdom of where identity is found and it beckons us to rest in the work of Christ. We aren't who we are because of what we do. We are who we are because of who God tells us we are through His Word (Galatians 3).
As we build our identity in the Lord, we must recognize that our intimacy with the Lord cultivates it and strengthens it.

The work of Christ restores us to intimacy and restores our identity but it also does something powerful. It opens us to be witnesses of His saving grace by living life for His glory through the fruit we bear.
We aren't redeemed simply for our benefit, but we are redeemed into a larger story and plan of God that includes making an impact for the Lord--making much of God.
He has given us the Holy Spirit who empowers us to bear lasting fruit.(John 15)
