FRIDAY PRAYER

​Father,
There are days when I wake up feeling on top of the world.
And then there are days when I feel the pressures of the world.
In those moments, help my heart be still.
Give me strength to fight the obstacles that would hinder me from reaching Your hiding place.
Let my eyes fix their gaze on You.
Pick up my arms and help me reach for Your word.
And let the ones hidden in my heart resurface.
You constantly remind me of how I need You. And how much You desire me.
Thank You Father for never letting me get past Your reach.
May my heart’s song be,
“In the morning when I rise, give me Jesus.
You can have all this world. But give me Jesus.”
