What we believe matters...
We believe in God (Genesis 1:1).
We believe we are sinners in need of a Savior (Romans 3:23).
We believe Jesus Christ came to save His people from their sins (Matthew 1:21, 1 John 4:9-10),
fully and forever accomplishing that work on the Cross (1 Peter 2:24).
We believe that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ (Ephesians 2:8)
We believe the Bible is for us and for now, but it is about God.
The Bible is God’s Word, His special revelation to mankind—complete, inerrant, living, active. Inspired by the Holy Spirit, the Bible is God’s provision for men and women to know Him, serve Him, and grow in relationship with Him.
God is the main character of every story in Scripture, and Jesus is the Hero.
We believe God’s Word is Truth.
We don’t blindly accept doctrines of man but trust the Word like we trust the Father who gave it. As sisters in Christ, we will always push one another to seek the truest version of what Scripture says, rather than twist God’s Word to fit our own desired meaning.
Because the Bible is true, even the parts we don’t understand are good news.
We believe God’s Word is infallible, inerrant and relevant for today.
Because Scripture is God-breathed, living, and active, there is nothing we can do or say to make its message more relevant or complete.
The Bible is for you and for now.
We believe we are called to be both hearers and doers of the Word.
We will seek to live out the truth of God's Word individually and in community, freely sharing the good news of the gospel in our words and deeds. We do this not as a means to salvation but in response to God's great grace, love, and mercy.
